Online lessons, tutoring sessions, and educational services must be booked in advance. Payment may be required prior to confirmation of the booking. Risalah Horizons reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel bookings where necessary.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Students are encouraged to provide reasonable notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled lesson.

Last-minute cancellations or repeated absences may result in forfeiture of the session or payment.

If Risalah Horizons needs to reschedule a lesson, an alternative session time will be arranged where possible.
Refunds for Lessons
Refunds are generally not provided for completed lessons or missed sessions without notice. However, refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Risalah Horizons. Package sessions or prepaid lessons may be subject to separate conditions communicated at the time of booking.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to participate respectfully and appropriately during lessons and interactions. Risalah Horizons reserves the right to discontinue services where behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the values of the platform.
6. Contributions & Community Content
Risalah Horizons may accept selected submissions or contributions, particularly within the Insights section.
